So I get up at seven this morning, and almost forget that it is Thursday, and I've got a doctors appointment with my nutritionist at nine. I've got no clean clothes so I hurry up and wash some. My dad drove me, whenever I am running late I always feel like who ever is with me is moving really slowly so I was a little irritated, but it's my fault for not remembering my appointment. Ha Ha
Anyways, She (My Nutritionist) was basically telling me about good foods to eat, and portion sizes, and wants me to make a diary of everything I eat until I go back and see her next month. She also gave me the number to a doctor here in Michigan that performs Bariatric Surgery. I was going to get it a couple years ago, but the staff kept losing my paperwork, and then I ended up losing my insurance so I couldn't do it. But I've got insurance again so I might keep that as one of my weight loss options, but for now I am going to try and be strong and do it on my own. But I mean, sometimes people need that extra help, and I might be one of them.
That took about an hour to do, and then I came home. I cleaned up a little, and now I think I am going to just take a nap or something. I slept good last night, but I feel overly tired today. Anyways, I will write more later.
